Cavities caused by caries are treated according to the size of the hole.
So called surface lesions can be cured with ozone therapy without milling.
Smaller cavities caused by caries in the enamel or dentin on the occlusal surface or at the meeting point of two neighbouring teeth can be filled.
If caries is in a more developed phase or it affects more surfaces of the tooth, or even caused breakage of parts of the tooth, the best solution is to use inlays (onlays, overlays).
