Guarantee

Our dental surgeries have introduced ISO 9001:2002 Quality Management System that meets EU regulations. This costy and complicated monitoring system guarantees that all materials and technologies we use are compliant with EU regulations, while we also obsere all steps and controll all processes.

Our surgery also guarantees the quality work of the dental laboratory that we cooperate with.

The above mentioned means that we can offer a significantly longer warranty period on our works than is usually accepted.

However the warranty covers only technical errors as warranty against illnesses does not exist yet.

The quality of our work will be apparent to our patients quite soon during use. Eventual problems of the material will be discovered already during the first wo months. However, we ensure a significantly longer warranty period on the materials we use.

As we have experienced in the past, there occure problems with our works only extremely rarely within warranty period thanks to our highly professional experts both in the surgery and in the dental laboratory. Should your denture need reparation or to be changed during warranty period after all, we will naturally do it with pleasure. Hungary Dental does not guarantee quality if:

• Patient does not appear for consultation once a year.
• Patient's oral hygiene is neglected.
• Denture is not used properly.
• Denture is not cleaned with dental cleaning supplies and tools.
• Tooth gets injured during preparation of crown, bridge etc. and therefore a root canal therapy is necessary.
• Denture gets injured due to reasons that Hudent can not take responsibility for (e.g. falls down, fight, accident or other events caused by drugs, alcohol or other materials resulting in mental disfunction).
• Diseases of masticatory apparatus caused by general, infectious diseases, tumours, poisonings etc. or the treatment of these illnesses, or accidents, modifications that come up during emergency interventions and that affect the performed dental treatment.
• Patient looses significant weight in a short period of time.
• Problems caused by malnutrition or other bad habits.
• Problems caused by psychic or other mental disorders, illnesses.
• Error reported lately or patient can not provide the defective denture (please, contact immediately if something happens to the denture!).
• Hungary Dental is not liable for any unforseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown and bridgework. Occasionally teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridgework treatment resulting in a need for a root canal treatment afterwards.
